Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager at THINK Gas in Munger. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, implementing safety protocols, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing processes to deliver natural gas efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, team leadership, and process optimization
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in City Gas Distribution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Previous experience in the energy or gas industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
