Position : Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Salary : Upto 5 LPA
Overview
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director plays a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring the smooth functioning and efficiency of the executive office. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manages the Managing Director’s schedule, and assists in various strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the Managing Director’s review
- Coordinate and organize executive meetings, events, and conferences
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Assist in the preparation and review of strategic documents and presentations
- Manage special projects as assigned by the Managing Director.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
