WHO ARE WE: Instituted on August 16, 2016 Tata Steel Foundation (TSF) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Steel Limited mandated with the responsibility of executing CSR for Tata Steel. Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract
Duration of Contract: The duration of the contract will be subject to the availability of funds from the partner organization.
Reporting Relationship: Assistant Manager/ Manager – Partnerships (Agriculture)—> Head, Agriculture.
Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand
Purpose of the Role: Cultivate and manage partnerships for the agriculture and allied programmes/activities and water portfolio of TSF.
Key Deliverables:
- Manage end-to-end reporting requirements of the ongoing projects in consultation with internal teams and funder requirements. This would include both project and financial reports, due diligence documents, MIS, etc.
- Facilitate Field visit of Funders, Govt Functionaries, and Senior Leadership: Manage end-to-end field visit and documentation including logistics, customer experience, etc.
- Ensure projects are governed through scheduling and facilitating cadence-based reviews, facilitating learning cycles, preparing review decks, agenda, and pre-reads, etc.
- Co-draft proposals, grant applications, collaterals, AV materials, etc in consultation with the thematic and partnerships team.
- Carry out frequent field visits in project operational areas and ensure project documentation (quarterly progress reports, annual reports, Project review log, SOPs, MOM case studies, audio video visual documentation, development and strategic plans etc.)
- Facilitate monthly projects review for smooth functioning of the projects.
- Facilitate and develop terms of references for undertaking third party assessments/evaluations of the project time to time.
- This would include travelling to project locations and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Work experience required in years: 0-3 years for Assistant Manager, 3+ years for Manager.
Minimum Qualification: Masters in Rural Development/Social Work/Development Studies or equivalent from reputed institutions.
Technical Skill Sets required:
- Fundraising, partnership management.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in project management and monitoring and evaluation preferred.
- Proficiency in funder reporting and familiarity with funder expectations.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Behavioral Skill Sets required:
