Final Client Interview Locations:

Role and Responsibilities:

– Oversee and manage the execution of plant maintenance and shutdowns.
– Ensure all mechanical work, particularly concerning static equipment, fabrication, testing, and erection, is carried out efficiently and safely.
– Develop and implement maintenance strategies, schedules, and procedures.
– Supervise and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of shutdown activities.
– Review and analyze technical specifications, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Mechanical).
– Over 15-20 years of experience in the execution of plant maintenance and shutdowns within the oil and gas industry.
– In-depth knowledge of static equipment, fabrication, testing, and erection processes.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
