- Client Relationship Management:

- Provide tailored solutions and product recommendations to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Product Expertise and Promotion:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of tile adhesive products, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Organize and conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and partners.
- Assist clients with technical queries and provide on-site support as needed to ensure proper product application.
- Market Research and Insights:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to tile adhesives.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the product development and marketing teams based on market intelligence.
- Sales Administration and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the sales manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support for client projects.
