Why does this position exists in the Organisation?
This positions assists the store manager in all daily chores related to store operations, supervises store staff and looks at SOP adherance.
What if this position was not existing (elaborate on the repercussions)?
This positions becomes critical in the absence of the store manager and also in support of store manager to manage the load of store operations. Its important to see all store SOPs being adhered to.
