Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for employees. They will assess training needs, develop training materials, deliver training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Additionally, the Training Manager will collaborate with department managers to identify skills gaps and develop strategies to address them.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of training principles and methodologies
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate solutions
• Experience in the automobile industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
