Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead at DMC Cars – Maruti Suzuki Arena in Gaya. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom and service centre. This includes managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising vehicle deliveries and servicing, coordinating with different departments, conducting team meetings, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in automotive sales or related field
• Knowledge of Maruti Suzuki products and services
• Strong customer service orientation
• Knowledge of Vehicle financing
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus
• Fluency in the local language is preferred
• Managing the team morale and mentorship
