LTO3 tapes cycle handling, cleaning tape usage, Monitor Policy Synchronization Activity
DO-DO, BO-DO servers Support LIC officials to complete the Branch server backup Execution of Database Re-indexing Utility Execution of Database Vacuuming Utility Monitoring of Disk space/Partition Size check Log files purging Carry out the EDMS Application roll out activities of Utilities, hotfixes, patches and service packs as and when rolled out. Provide support for Helpdesk for resolving reported problems within TAT Discuss with the DO/BO IT programmers and provide feedback in understanding the logged case nature & problem description Obtain logs from the respective DO / BO servers Apply given solutions from backend team to the respective servers for problem resolution Follow up with the helpdesk team, Partner onsite team for all pending calls Escalate if cases are not resolved within TAT to Support Manager/ SDM Highlight the site related gap at LIC, at HP backend, partner engineer or any other reason causing delays to respective stakeholder
DO Coordinator / Support Manager / SDM / ZPM Coordination with Local HP DO Coordinator & support as HP representative at site during his absence Support DO Coordinator in handling HP Invoice, ATPs & customer interface Provide MIS reports to the respective DO Coordinator / Service Delivery Manager / Zonal Project Manager Daily
