Employment Type: Contractual (on a yearly renewal basis)

Location: Jamshedpur

Purpose of the Role: Design and deliver training on Microsoft Excel and Power BI for the colleagues to improve their proficiency (in MS Excel and Power BI) for effective data management and analysis.

Key Deliverables:

  • Train our colleagues across Units and Verticals (Spend 2-3 weeks each in every Unit and with every vertical) on Basic to Advanced Excel.
  • Help build dashboards
  • Teach the application of AI in MS Office.
  • Develop course material and presentations after assessing the learning needs of the participants and drafting training needs accordingly.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of the training, recommending to the management for improvement needs.
  • Conduct pre and post training assessments.
  • Prepare and maintain a roster to visit all Units as per the need.

Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any field.

Minimum No. of years of experience: 3 years of training experience in MS Excel.

Technical Skill Sets required (Mandatory):

  1. In-depth knowledge of MS Excel features, functions, formulas, data analysis tools, and other advanced capabilities
  2. Command on building dashboards.
  3. Possess a good knowledge of Power BI.
  4. Basics of AI, especially in MS Office.
  5. Ability to explain complex terms in simple concepts.
  6. Ability to design engaging content that caters to different learning styles.
  7. Ability to adapt to changing needs, proficiency in creating training materials; and experience working with Excel.

  2. Ability to comfortably work with data sets of all verticals.
