Online Campaign Management
- Develop and monitor marketing campaign as well as budgets for product LOBs for all general insurance LOBs
- Responsible for the growth and online matrix of the LOBs. Evaluate and monitor the important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Oversee and manage the online conversion of the website traffic for these LOBS
- Collaborates with the Web Sales team to ensure that the leads generated are taken care of and followed up into sales. This is done on a need basis, this KPI keeps changing
- Works closely in collaboration with a media agency, giving them a brief on the key aspects with regards to the media stint and targets thereof
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Works to launch paid campaigns in the form of banners/creatives on all online platforms. This does not include management of company social media handles. Platforms where people read about insurance, where we can reach out to relevant target audience basis different parameters.
- Regularly keep a check on the website and oversee if any new features in the products are featured on the website.
Post Campaign Management
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance and ROI.
- Plan and manage the cost matrix and prepare the budget Vs actual cost expenditure analysis
- Oversee and manage all digital projects with the agency and review thereof
Analytics and Data Management
- Analyzes various market data to carry out trend analysis
- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- This would be part of campaign management, not data management
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion and reach
- Any other as may be required
Website Product Page Management
Ensuring that product pages are updated with relevant content, additions basis changes shared by respective product teams.
Team development
- Participates in monthly and quarterly reviews with function head and own team
- Participates in selection process to identify right talent for various positions within the team
- Identifies and creates development opportunities, enhanced domain knowledge and technical expertise for team members
Establishes individual performance expectations for the team and regularly reviews performance
Mandatory Skills
Exposure to Google and adobe analytics, google search console and ad words exposure and expertise in RTB and programmatic buying
Prior experience in Display advertising and online media buying strategies
Knowledge in Search Engine Optimization
Education/Qualification
MBA Marketing, specialized digital marketing background preferable
