We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving sales growth in the assigned territory. The candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in the job market context of India.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with customers
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management
- Provide training and support to the sales team to improve their performance
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1-4 years of experience in sales or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Good understanding of the sales process and customer behavior
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English and local language
