Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, prospecting for new customers, conducting sales meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role is based in Patna, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of the paint and coatings industry is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar sales role is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
