Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer – Two Wheeler Loan. The Sales Officer will be responsible for customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales. The role involves actively promoting and selling two-wheeler loan products, building relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Communication, and Sales Operations skills
- Lead Generation and Channel Sales skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Knowledge of two-wheeler loan products and the financial industry
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles
- Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in any field
