- POSITION SUMMARY
The candidate would be responsible for delivering superior quality partner stores in urban (Non OR/FR towns) & rural markets. Program Manager will have to ensure timely roll out of Airtel Prepaid Stores,deploymentofhighqualitymanpower&continuousengagement,facilitatedesiredhygiene& upkeep of stores and ensure store profitability.
TheProgrammanagerwillalsoberesponsibleforRAEOoperationsinCircle –facilitaterollout, ensure adherence to Standard Operating Process & track/drive productivity of stores.

- Facilitatehiring,training&engagementofAirtelfriends(CREs) –
- Ensurerighthiringthroughassessmentcenterscreening&ZBM interviews
- Workclosely withCentreL&Dteamtodeliver100%NHIPforallAirtelFriends.Also facilitatealltrainingprograms/engagementinterventions aspertrainingcalendar
- Trackattendancethroughpromoterapp&ensuresmoothprocessingof salary
- Ensureparticipationofeverystoreinalllinesofbusiness(Prepaid,DTH,AirtelPayments Bank)
- Provideregulardownloadofnewprograms/Initiativesto stores
- Ensureperiodicstoreauditsbycentrallyappointedauditpartnerforstorehygiene& upkeep.
- Track&measureproductivity&profitabilityofevery store.

- Co-ordinatewithZonalteams&ensureRAEOineveryfeedermarket.EveryRDDtoinvest in RAEO
- AllRAEOstobeoperationalthroughoutthedayand mannedbypartnerappointedstore executive
