Company DescriptionAaroha Distilleries, a subsidiary of New Way Homes Private Limited, is a distillery located in Barauni, Begusarai, Bihar. The main objective of the distillery is to produce ethanol for blending with petrol, in line with the Government of India’s mission of achieving 20% ethanol blending by 2025-26. Aaroha Distilleries is a key partner of Oil Marketing Companies in supplying ethanol.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Operator and Technician at Aaroha Distilleries. The Operator and Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the distillery, including monitoring and maintaining equipment, performing quality control tests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. They will work closely with the production team to achieve production targets and maintain the highest quality standards.

QualificationsExperience in operating and maintaining industrial distillation equipmentKnowledge of process control systems and instrumentationKnowledge of Fermentation, distillation, Boiler (1st class/2nd class) maintenance, dryer and milling.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesUnderstanding of safety and environmental regulationsStrong attention to detail and adherence to quality standardsPrevious experience in the ethanol or chemical industry is a plusPrevious experience in Oil and gas/ fertilizer industry is also considered.Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation is a must.
