Job Roles & Responsibilities:Develop & implement strategies for efficient collections from hard bucketsManage and motivate a team of Collection Managers & ExecutivesMonitor delinquency level and implement measures to reduce thatAnalyse Collection data to identify trends and recommend process improvementCoordinate with branch team & their supervisors to resolve customer issues and improve collection efficiencyEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policiesPrepare and present reports on collection performance to senior management

Experience

Minimum 10-12 years of experience in JLG/Small Size Unsecured Loans, Team ManagementEducational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent preferred.
