Position, Level & Location – Officer – CDC (OPR & NOPR) / O Level / Jamshedpur
Post- 2 (Two)
Min. Qualification (MQ) – Full time Degree / Diploma in HR/IR/MSW from a recognized university
CTC – 4 to 6.5 LPA
Key Deliverables
- Direct the organizations training and development activities for the officers/ non-officers’ category in order to ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently.
- Analyse and identify the training and development needs of the organisation.
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programmes and curriculum so that the know-how skills, and performance of employees meet the organizations current and future requirements.
- Select, and manage ongoing relationships with, external consultants and training providers to ensure that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
- Keep up-to-date on developments and innovations in training and education in industry and government education sectors so that the organization’s training activities remain current and relevant.
Requirements
1] The candidate should be proficient in communication and presentation and shall be comfort and confident in dealing with internal customers, having strong problem-solving aptitude for maintaining long-term partnering.
2] Must possess working knowledge on Computers (MS Office)
3] Should have excellent interpersonal & training skills.
