Job Summary
- To promote insurance through the Banca channel.
- Managing the channel partner’s bank branches
- Engage in daily interactions and management with the bank’s cluster head and staff.
- Oversee plotted Rms to assist in reaching sales goals.
- Maintaining and promoting compliance at the zone, assuring the quality of recruits hired into the team, and ensuring productivity and persistence.
- KRA also involve making insurance HH calls, conducting training in bank branches, and routinely reviewing sales managers with Bm to guarantee prompt adjustment when necessary.
- Keeping track of numerous Mis for routine sales monitoring, different competitions, and channel partner and corporate team training
- Give direction and assistance.
