We have an immediate opening with leading life insurance companies in the Banca vertical.
Main Duties Involve
- Generate revenue through the Banca route.
- Oversee bank branches linked to partners in the channel.
- Regularly communicate with cluster leaders and bank staff to oversee operations efficiently.
- Assist and oversee Relationship Managers (RMs) to meet revenue goals.
- Ensure ongoing, efficient, and high-quality hiring within the designated area.
- Run training sessions at bank branches, make high-net-worth client outreach calls, and conduct routine feedback sessions with Sales Managers and Branch Managers to implement timely changes.
- Keep track of multiple MIS for monitoring income, promotions, and training for both channel partners and internal teams.
- Offer guidance and support to channel partners’ employees, internal team RMs, and stakeholders regarding applications, approvals, and issue resolution.
- Build strong connections with Bank Cluster Leaders to assess business reputation and efficiency.
- Track case volumes and product mix to maintain consistency.
- Ensure team and individual revenue targets are achieved.
- Foster connections between the internal team and channel partners to enhance income and responsiveness.
- Work with HR to ensure hiring matches strategic plans and assist RMs in achieving development goals.
- Implement policies and revenue processes strictly, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Meet NB top-tier goals, efficiently manage RMs, and maintain a balanced product mix.
