Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AR/AP Associate with fluent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will effectively manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions while clearly and emphatically communicating with US-based customers via calls, texts, and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable:
• Generate and send invoices to customers.
• Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate records of all receivable transactions.
• Accounts Payable:
• Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Reconcile payable accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Manage and resolve any discrepancies in billing and payments.
• Communication:
• Communicate effectively with US-based customers through calls, texts, and emails.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all communications are clear, emphatic, and reflect the company’s commitment to excellent service.
• General Duties:
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to AR/AP.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts status.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an AR/AP Associate or similar role.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate information.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
