Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Hiring for Zonal Collection Manager – Micro Banking at Patna, Bihar, India

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop & implement strategies for efficient collections from hard buckets
• Manage and motivate a team of Collection Managers & Executives
• Monitor delinquency level and implement measures to reduce that
• Analyse Collection data to identify trends and recommend process improvement
• Coordinate with branch team & their supervisors to resolve customer issues and improve collection efficiency
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Prepare and present reports on collection performance to senior management

Location: UP & Bihar

Experience:

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in JLG/Small Size Unsecured Loans, Team Management
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent preferred.
