About This Opportunity
- The Service Delivery Line Manager shall build and ensure Customer value and happiness through an efficient Service delivery.
- A main purpose of the Service Delivery Line Manager is to support services sales directly or indirectly via the unit resources and to understand and align to overall Service Delivery Processes, Models and Strategies.
- Service Delivery Line Manager is a role in the line organization (the operational organization), with the purpose to handle their area of responsibility in line with this instruction.

What You Will Do
- End to End Core Accountability of the region with improved agility & Focus
- Supervising Core heads & Regional SME resources
- Overall responsible for circuit core engineering (CC), packet core (PC) and MPBN engineering and IN/VAS Operations planning, engineering operations and performance deliverables in the Region
- Prime work with Central Bharti for Core, Packet Core, MPBN, IN/VAS Domains for the Region as well as blocking issue management for Circle CTO’s
- Works closely with NOC teams, MSIP Teams, NPO teams and bridges the gap with Circle teams who are remote
- Primary responsibilities will include driving implementation of key activities, Preventive maintenance/ Network Hygiene and Spare Management, Standard methodology and learning implementations, enhancing handling of the Core outages and RCA follow-ups, Network audits, Capacity augmentation across circles in his span
- Regional level Weekly Core Governance with internal and external stakeholders
- Competence initiatives & New technology readiness
You will bring
- Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering preferably in electronics and communication or telecommunication or equivalent
- 15+ years of experience in telecommunications.
- Implement and maintain IP-based networking protocols CORE NPI
- Core KPI Analysis and Improvement Plan preparation
- MSC in pool, SIGTRAN, Signaling, IP knowledge
- E2E CS , PACO, IMS , VoLTE and PBN Network understanding.
- Analysis of Traffic reports based on different routes
- Changes in the Data base tables like B-number analysis, Routing case analysis, Forwarding Analysis etc.
- Very good knowledge in Monolithic, MSS, MGW, BSS nodes and understanding of the Tekelec STP, DRA, IN VAS and VoLTE nodes in the network
- Very good knowledge of network features.
- Knowledge of Packet Network products which include Packet core GGSN, SGSN, etc and MPBN solution / products including SmartEdge Routers, Juniper Routers,
