Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Assistant at BELIEVERS COMMUNITY in Patna. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives, managing expense reports, and offering executive support. Effective communication and general administrative assistance will also be a part of the daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Executive Support skills
- Experience in managing expense reports
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
