Job Overview:

Join our innovative team as a Tech Evangelist, where your expertise will be the cornerstone of driving our technological initiatives and significantly boosting our revenue growth. This role is perfect for a top revenue-focused tech professional with hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies, AI, and cloud platforms.

You will be at the forefront of our tech stack, setting up and maintaining tracking management systems, and guiding our outsourcing partners. Your passion for technology and ability to connect and inspire others will be crucial in leading our initiatives and ensuring our tech solutions are aligned with our business goals.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of launching digital strategies and will report directly to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager of Growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Implementation & Troubleshooting:
  • Expertly troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure seamless integration between various marketing and tech tools, enhancing our technical infrastructure.
  • Tech Evangelism & Collaboration:
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders ensuring alignment with our technical and business objectives.
  • Work closely with other web developers, marketing, and sales teams to optimize workflows and boost productivity.
  • Act as a passionate advocate for technology, inspiring and educating internal and external teams about the potential of innovative tech solutions.
  • Analytics & Data Management:
  • Utilize your proficiency with analytics tools to drive insights and inform strategies.
  • Format data for fine-tuning and manage big data services on cloud platforms.
  • AI and Innovative Tech Implementation:
  • Demonstrate experience with AI platforms, including using ChatGPT and other APIs.
  • Collaborate with inhouse AI experts to improve/build internal solutions
  • Stay ahead of the curve by constantly exploring and recommending new technologies and platforms that can enhance our revenue and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong experience with FB & Google Marketing API integration, RESTful development, Node JS, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with ad management platforms (Smartly, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Expertise in data analytics, relational databases, SQL data modeling, and ETL tools.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
  • Problem-Solving:
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address challenges in a complex and often ambiguous environment.
  • Project Management:
  • Highly independent with robust project management skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Marketing and Sales Technologies:
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, and agile software development methodologies.
  • A keen eye for leveraging marketing and sales technologies to drive impactful results.
