Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and network equipment systems for clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues for clients in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and manage cloud computing solutions.
• Monitor and optimize computer networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Implement security measures to protect clients’ computer systems from cyber threats.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates on computer hardware and network systems to keep them running efficiently.
• Provide technical support for cloud-based services and solutions.
• Document network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in computer hardware and networking.
