Location: Flexible, Open to Relocation within India

Job Type: Permanent

Salary Range: INR 25,000 – 30,000 per month

Education: B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 3-6 years in the Fire Fighting Industry

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Project Incharge to oversee and manage fire fighting projects nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical engineering background and proven experience in project management within the fire safety sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple fire fighting projects from inception through to commissioning.
• Coordinate project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct site assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against milestones.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience (3-6 years) in project management within the fire fighting industry.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety system, fire hydrant system, Pipework & Valves, HVWS & MVWS system
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to various locations across India as required by project assignments.
