Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief of Staff located in Gaya. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing internal and external communications, coordinating with different departments, and providing strategic support to senior management. The position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in coordinating and managing cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Master’s degree in Master of Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the construction industry or related fields is a plus
• Knowledge of local regulations and building codes
