- Position Description
The purpose of the role is to plan network coverage for Airtel broadband business in different towns across the circle while also ensuring optimum utilization of the capital, keeping in mind the business viability in the area.

- Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Market Planning
- Identify new opportunities and potential market for the network rollout and expansion across the town
- Estimate the unmet demand in the polygons/clusters for both B2B/B2C
- Analyse market potential of the identified polygons/clusters through field survey
- Collaborate with network planning team to assess the cost of clusters for financial approvals
- Coordinate with deployment team for faster rollouts
- Identify structured/high-rise RWAs/builders in the city
- Take inputs from both B2B/B2C business teams for prioritizing planning
- Account Management
- Build connects with potential associations and top builders
- Managing the process of obtaining permissions from local bodies, authorities and builders
- Managing third-party/neutral partners for building permissions
- Stakeholder Alignment
- Conduct and lead discussion with CFTs for deployment
- Work closely with B2B and D2C Team for prioritizing rollouts and start strong
- Collaborate with technical and finance teams for smooth execution of planning, CAPEX approvals and deployment
- People Management
- Review and monitor performance of team members on an ongoing basis and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs
- Develop the team and update their knowledge base to cater to the organizational need
- Recommend trainings as required for team member development
- Own and manage strong people connects at all levels across the organization.
- Knowledge, Certifications and Experience
Education Qualification
- Full-time Postgraduate, preferably MBA / PGDM
Total Experience
- 5+ years’ experience from Broadband/Telecom
