Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader – IPD Pharmacy at Tata 1mg located in Jamshedpur. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IPD Pharmacy, ensuring efficient pharmacy practice, handling prescriptions, providing excellent customer service, and conducting immunizations.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy and Pharmacy Practice skills
• Experience in handling prescriptions and providing customer service
• Immunization skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and lead a team
• Knowledge of medical terminology and drug interactions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field
