Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Manage operations through end to end planning, metrics review and root cause analysis, and delivering results in a fast paced environment.

2.Ability to think both strategically and tactically and to drive execution Should be equally comfortable with long term planning and day to day progress tracking and execution.

3.Oversees all operations and financial issues – maximising revenues and controlling operational expenses to match established business plan.

4.Checking RWA sites, corporate houses and retail outlets for feasibility and installation of electric chargers.

5.Responsible for all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking of chargers at client’s location.

6.Managing, monitoring, and developing a team of technicians and line managers.

7.Identifying operational issues, potential problems, and opportunities.

8.Making sure that all chargers are properly maintained and serviced.

9.Resolving and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently.

Preferred qualification:

1.B.Tech in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering

2.Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
