We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.
Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Create, develop, and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
Content Creation and Management:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
- Ensure content aligns with the brand voice, values, and objectives.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
Community Management:
- Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
- Foster a positive community and add value to the audience through meaningful interactions.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.
Advertising Management:
- Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to achieve the best possible ROI.
- Work with marketing teams to ensure alignment with broader campaign goals.
Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Coordinate with marketing, PR, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Experience in developing social media strategies.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools and techniques.
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
