Location: Patna, Bihar

Experience: 20 plus years in mining industries, cement products etc  Retd. Services personnel are also preferred

Requirements

Overall responsible / ownership for operational and pecuniary performance of the unit as a whole including the following

Heading the Crusher Unit comprising various department viz. Raw Material, Production, Personnel, Stores, Maintenance, Sale, Logistics, IT, and Power with ensuring best practice for Quality assurance & abiding by the safety rules and standards associated with the industry.

All statutory & safety compliances including labor Law, DGMS Rules and IBM, Pollution Control Board

Liaising with various internal & external authorities including Vendors, Customers, Commercial Taxes, Mining Office, Labor representatives etc.

Maintaining disciplines as well as harmonious relations through timely & diligently addressing workman grievances, disciplinary matters, labor welfare issues, wages payments etc.

Meeting the targets with regard to Productivity, Cost efficiency, equipment control etc.

Plan and execute budget and resources to achieve sales, market share and EBIT objectives by leading marketing & sales functions.

Develop capability and manage performance of marketing, sales and development team to ensure achievement of annual, mid-term, and long-term business objectives. Develop and implement marketing and sales activities with Distributor to differentiate product offers to achieve customer satisfaction with defined market solutions.  Set and manage performance standards/targets of the regional sales team in line with overall business needs to achieve set targets. Manage and promote company value and image with Customers to optimize all stakeholder benefits. 

Responsible for market share, product development in line with business objectives and deliverables.
