Job Overview: We seek an experienced Head of Recruitment to lead the blue-collar recruitment and sourcing division. You will manage a team of recruiters and relationship managers, build a grassroots sourcing network, and establish strong ties with stakeholders. Responsibilities also include overseeing state-level recruitment activities and managing P&L for the division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and relationship managers.
• Develop a robust sourcing network with educational institutes and village systems.
• Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies and industry bodies.
• Oversee state-level recruitment and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Manage the division’s budget and financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in recruitment, with 5+ years in a leadership role in blue-collar recruitment.
• Strong network and experience in grassroots sourcing and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
