Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Sambodhi Retreat. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining quality standards, handling financial management, and implementing effective marketing strategies. The General Manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of excellence.
