Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Officer at Gardengram. The Social Media Officer will be responsible for social media content creation, communication, social media marketing, writing, and social media optimization (SMO). The officer will effectively manage social media platforms and engage with the gardening community, creating informative and engaging content.

1) Creating content including video editing, static posts, caraousel posts for different social media verticals including Pinterest, Quora, Instagram, LinkedIn and shopify banners and product images for website.

2) Community engagement on different social media platforms like whatsapp, Facebook etc.

3) Influencers engagement and management

4) Conceptualising and creating social media campaigns

5) Managing Online reputation

6) Liasoning with different brands for corporate sales

7) Email marketing and blog writing

Qualifications

Social Media Content Creation, Social Media Marketing, and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills

Excellent communication skills

Strong writing skills

Experience in managing social media platforms

Knowledge of gardening or a passion for plants is a plus

Ability to work independently
