Position: Operations & Warehouse Manager

Location: Various locations in Patna, Bihar (Working Location is as mentioned; applications from anywhere in the country are welcome)

Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:
• Independently oversee day-to-day store operations.
• Implement and strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) from the corporate office.
• Efficiently manage stock and inventory in coordination with the warehouse.
• Warehouse Management:
• Streamline warehouse processes to ensure seamless inventory flow.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage procedures for maximum efficiency.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies.
• Sales Growth and Customer Satisfaction:
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
• Employee Management and Leadership:
• Cultivate a positive work environment, ensuring staff satisfaction.
• Provide comprehensive training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
• Relationship Building:
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the procurement team for timely and efficient stock replenishment.
• Communication and Reporting:
• Maintain effective communication with the corporate office and other locations.
• Generate, analyze, and present comprehensive sales and inventory reports for management review.

Benefits *Compensation:*

Expected Monthly: 40,000 – 45,000 INR per month.
