Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience with a B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering or a minimum of 5 years of experience with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing fire protection projects across India, with a focus on Jharkhand, Odisha, and West Bengal.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of fire Fighting projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with a B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering or minimum of 5 years of experience with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully managing fire protection projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and mitigate risks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate all over India, with a focus on Jharkhand, Odisha, and West Bengal.
