Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Sambodhi Retreat. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining quality standards, handling financial management, and implementing effective marketing strategies. The General Manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of excellence.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
  • Experience in implementing marketing strategies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Hospitality Manager) are a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
