- Online Faculty
Reporting to the Curriculum Manager, the successful candidates will inspire, innovate and support Faculty teams to deliver an exciting curriculum, to ensure learners have an outstanding experience and develop the skills, knowledge and attributes needed for their career progression.
This role is about putting teaching, learning and assessment front and centre of everything we do.
The Role Will Be Expected To
- Ensure the implementation and delivery of the curriculum, in line with our Learning Philosophy and learner journey.
- Developing teachers and assessors to improve team performance with a corresponding improvement in the student experience and outcomes.
- Working with the Faculty Co-coordinators to ensure high quality organisational planning and compliance with necessary administrative procedures.
- undertaking up to a 0.5 teaching commitment
To be successful in this role
- You will be an inspirational teacher, with a teaching qualification, and a track record of planning and delivering good/outstanding teaching and learning to deliver an outstanding student experience and outcomes above benchmark.
- You will possess highly developed practitioner skills that demonstrate leading-edge practice in the delivery of teaching and learning.
- You will demonstrate an inspiring and authentic leadership style, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will have the ability to lead, manage and influence staff to achieve effective outcomes.
- Your strong belief in the Learning Philosophy led culture which puts learners and learning at the heart of the organisation, will be evident through your attributes, behaviours, and track record.
