Maintain data as per customer requirement in required format.
Ensure MIS compilation from off-roles and circulation to customers as per required timelines.
Overview alignment of WMS with related customers and liase internally with respective shift incharges to ensure smooth functioning.
First point of contact for customer queries.
Maintain healthy customer relations and periodical review with customers on KPIs/SLAs along with Operations .
Regular interaction with customers on day to day activities/SLAs and backend coordination with Operations.
