Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture to collect blood specimens from patients.
• Properly label and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols during specimen collection procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of specimen collection and patient information.
• Assist in the organization and inventory management of phlebotomy supplies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Diploma in Phlebotomy.
• Minimum of 3 months of work experience in phlebotomy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
