Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Acquisition Manager. The Land Acquisition Manager will be responsible for performing market research,The Land Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying, researching, and securing land purchases to meet the company’s business objectives. This role requires strong negotiation skills, real estate market knowledge, and the ability to work with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Evaluate and identify potential land acquisition opportunities through market research.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and coordinate with sellers, real estate agents, and attorneys.
• Conduct due diligence, including environmental assessments, zoning laws compliance, and property valuation.
• Collaborate with urban planners, architects, and engineers to assess property suitability.
• Manage the acquisition process from initial offer to closing, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met
