Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Manager for Abybaby Events. The Manager will be responsible for designing and organizing successful campaigns from conception through to completion. The Event Manager will be responsible for creating an event concept, developing a project plan, arranging required arrangements, and ensuring project completion. The Manager will also work closely with clients to ensure an exceptional experience that meets client needs. Self motivated candidates will be appreciated, also who will be driving the business single handed.
Qualifications:
Project management, organization, and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of problem-solving skills
Digital marketing and social media management skills for promoting events
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Leadership and teamwork skills for supervising event staff and vendors
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality work
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in event management and coordination for large meetings and conferences.
