Recruiting frontlines (Core FOS) and keep a concerned interaction by grooming and encouraging them with earning opportunities.
Channel Management & Market Insight
Stay in line with channel initiatives and ensuring the same through frontline line FOS team on timely basis
Excellent inter-personal skills and person expected to have high degree of credibility in the local market.
