Role Description

This is a contract Management Consultant role at Pushkar Techno Private Limited. The Management Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to improve business operations. The day-to-day tasks include conducting analysis, developing strategies, implementing business process improvements, and providing recommendations to optimize performance. This hybrid role is primarily located in Jamshedpur, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Making the complete design of linking ABP with DWM ,KPI’s,KRA , ANNUAL APPRAISAL of employees and staff and designing MIS reports for the top management .

It would be a contract job initially and may follow up with continuation for sustainence of the designed system .

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience in management consulting and providing strategic recommendations
• Knowledge of finance and business processes
• Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
