Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations and implementing HR policies and procedures. You will ensure compliance with employment laws, handle employee relations, manage recruitment and onboarding processes, and develop and implement employee training programs. This is an on-site role located in Patna.

• Expertise in HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Proven track record in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
