Job Description:
Handles and manage the front desk and its OPD operations.
Maintenance of appointments registers of patients and corporate clients
Maintaining bills related to basic amenities
Handles and manages all customer relation activities
Attend incoming and outgoing calls
Keep a record of the OPD patients
To take care of any other tasks as and when given related to managing the front office.
Desire Profile:
Very good English speaking skills is mandatory.
The person must be very presentable and friendly with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have ability to work with others.
Must be organized, and able to work well under pressure.
Multitasking ability will be an added advantage
The person must have excellent basic computer related skills to do the job.
Key Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
