Role Description

This is a full-time senior executive role at RBL FinServe Ltd. As a senior executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing key business operations, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, leading and mentoring a team of professionals, analyzing market trends and competition, and driving business growth. This is an on-site role located in Raxaul, Bihar, requiring your physical presence at our office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business management, leadership, and strategy development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with stakeholders
• Knowledge of the financial services industry and understanding of microfinance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
