Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Quality at Tata Capital in Darbhanga. The Senior Executive Quality will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality management processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, conducting audits, and providing recommendations for improvement. The Senior Executive Quality will also be responsible for analyzing data and generating reports related to quality metrics and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality management processes and procedures
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using quality management tools and software
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Certifications in quality management, such as Six Sigma, are a plus
